This paper uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the influencing factors of China's “Eleventh Five-Year” energy-saving goals. From the overall, this paper analyzes the impact of the four factors’ role of energy-saving goal concluding the industry structure, energy-saving technology, management, social awareness to draw the path coefficient of all the influencing factors and coefficient of measuring indicators in order to determine the importance of the influencing factors and related indicators, and finally come to the conclusion: the management energy-saving has the largest influence on energy-saving goals, so the government should focus on management energy-saving potential of mining, in the “Eleventh Five-Year” energy-saving work, and should also promote other areas to give full play to the role of energy-saving hand in hand, then the energy-saving goals will realize successfully in the end.
机译:本文利用结构方程模型(SEM)分析了我国“十一五”节能目标的影响因素。从总体上分析了节能目标在产业结构,节能技术,管理,社会意识等四个方面的作用,得出了所有影响因素的路径系数和计量指标的系数。为了确定影响因素和相关指标的重要性,最后得出结论:管理节能对节能目标的影响最大,因此,政府应重点关注采矿业的管理节能潜力。在“十一五”节能减排工作中,还应促进其他领域充分发挥节能减排的作用,到最后节能目标将成功实现。
