Binary phase shift keying (BPSK) signal is very important in modern digital communication, and its parameter estimation is of great significance to demodulation. It is well known that signal cycle spectrum which is robust to noise and the signal parameters are closely related, but it needs high speed sampling for broadband signal and puts forward high requirements for hardware. Compressive sensing is an academic hotspot which emerged in recent years, we reconstruct cyclic spectrum based on compressive sensing, and low sampling rate of recovery will play an important role in reducing the amount of calculations.
