Driving forces analysis of land use change/cover in hilly area of western Zhejiang province: A Case Study in Chun'an County

摘要

The change of land use/cover associates with the nature of land recourse and the manner that humankind applied on. This study concerns one of the hot issues about global changes. The land use/cover data could provide essential information for the purpose of protecting environment and fulfill sustainable development. This thesis mainly had the following results:1, Land use/cover maps for the years of 1997, 2000, and 2004 were obtained through the classification of three-year 1997, 2000, 2004 Landsat TM/ETM+ images in Chun' an County.2, The change of specific land use/cover category and in the specific area, land use structure, land use/cover intensity index, transfer matrix of land use/cover were analyzed respectively. 3, The analysis of driving force was performed by correlation with the population factor. Principal components analysis was conducted among the economic factor, policy and environmental factor.
