It becomes more and more difficult to find what user wanted from the exploding Internet information so the way of accessing information through mobile terminal brings inconvenience for small screen and uneconomicalness for traffic cost, especially for users from emerging market. How to obtain Internet information effectively and efficiently through mobile terminal is a key problem. The paper aims to propose an integrated system for emerging market to enable user access Internet information through mobile phone on the cuff. The system will aggregate information from Internet based on types and send them to mobile user through the broadcasting way, so the system removes the troublesome process of looking for information from Internet and enables accessing Internet information simply like listening the radio. The real-time of broadcast way is improved by virtue of the memory power of mobile terminal, and user interest can be deduced through processing capacity of mobile terminal in order to enablemobile terminal intelligently receive and storage Internet information.
