This article Bases on the analysis of domestic and foreign real estate appraisal theory and research methods on the basis of the valuation process for the more widespread use of the "Market Comparison Approach" by the existence of the valuation results of the impact of the subjectivity of a variety of factors, uncertainties and other characteristics, fuzzy influence diagram will be the introduction of real estate valuation theory. Status through the definition of fuzzy sets and fuzzy sets the frequency to determine the fuzzy relationship between the variables, the use of Cartesian product of the frequency of the calculation node membership matrix, then it seeks to the largest number of degree of membership to identify the corresponding percentage of the price changes to be assessed to estimate the room property prices.
