It has generally accepted Alonso's theory about the allocation of different land uses of commerce,resident and industry in urban area.A bunch of researches have provided their aspects of the theme of the relationships between urban circumstances and urban land uses in either the influence of one or several designate circumstance factors on different land uses,or the comprehensive analysis of the influence of all kinds of circumstance on one selected land usage (e.g.residential use).There is still not a wholly analysis about the influence of all kinds of spatial characteristics,available for the location selection of different land uses.That's why this research selects to engage in a study on the difference among "consumer preferences" to the location amenities in the city.Here we regard the behavior as "spatial competition of the locations".Hedonic regression model (HRM) analysis is employed as the basic framework of the research.Tabular comparison of HRM parameters performed with principal components analysis (PCA) and Geographic Information Science (GIS) provides all necessary numerical investigation and spatial analysis until to the finally results.The research can be helpful for putting forward to a further integrated investigation on the relationship between urban circumstance and real land use values.
