The `baseline' is one of the most important parameters in Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR). The quality of InSAR products is significantly affected by the accuracy of baseline estimation. In this paper, a new approach to improving the baseline estimation is proposed. The main advantage of estimating baseline by the proposed method is that the calculation can be performed without the need for phase unwrapping and ground control points (GCPs). The final result shows that a better differential interferogram can be generated using the proposed baseline estimation method.
