Coordinated growth of high & new technology industries requires every aspect such as economy, political, education, science and technology, culture organically combining one by one. China higher education has to strive for counter strategies of self development along with economic development while strengthening its international communication and co-operation, learn from and profitably share the experience of higher education a broad in administration and the concept for running a school so as to upgrade the competence and comprehensive ability of China higher education.
