Study on Government's Behavior in the Construction and Maintenance of the City Environmental Protection Infrastructure in China

摘要

This dissertation mainly discusses the behaviors of the Chinese government in the construction and maintenance of the city environmental protection infrastructure and learns advanced experience from foreign countries,then proposes the construction mode of government actions of China.
