The price has increased by a large margin in the economic operation in 2007. Under the dual pressure of inflation and the rise of RMB in value, it is impossible for China to solve the problem solely by resorting to monetary policies. In my opinion, the government should take an active role by adopting fiscal and tax policies. Taking the inflation pressure into account, the following proposals are made to the government They are as follows: first, promote the development of public education through multi-channel; second, push forward the reform of the tax system; last, explore and develop channels for the use of foreign exchange reserves to improve people's welfare. In a word, discuss solutions to inflation pressure from different aspects to minimize the loss of the people.
