The application of Improving Cleanliness of Molten Steel in Continuous Casting Process

摘要

This papar introduces the latest improvement of continuous casting technology and equipment in WISCO Steelmaking Plant 2nd Branch Factory. This includes automatic control system for crystallizer level, vibration detection technology for outflow slag process at ladle, application of ceramic filter at tundish, development & application of IFD pre-melt tundish slag, application of continuous temperature-testing technology, etc. Furthermore, it outlines the actual effect on improving the cleanliness of molten steel in our branch factory through the application of the above new technology and equipment.
