Research on WEB Based Remote Intelligent NDE System

摘要

Based on combining network technology, data processing technology, artificial intelligent technology,and dynamic web page technology, the Remote Intelligent UDE System for nondestructive testing is constructed.Clients can realize identification, classification, diagnosis of the detected flaws via internet and formulate manufacturing technological procedure according to the results of the system. The structure and function module of the system are proposed and the key intelligent technology, such as data compression for remote transmission, data processing algorithm in the system is introduced. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the RDMSS are illustrated.
