DANBRO+ Web Based Management of Major Bridges and Tunnels

DANBRO+ is a web based management system designed particularly for supporting the operationand maintenance of the approximately 50 large and special bridges (e.g. cable supported andbascule bridges) and tunnels on the Danish National Highways. DANBRO+ has been designedspecifically to support the existing (more or less universal) procedures – and the Danish codes foroperation and maintenance of bridges. Therefore, the users have not had to learn new managementroutines, they have just got a new efficient tool for managing the information related to the routinesalready implemented. DANBRO+ is becoming the common repository for all information on thestructures and their management. It is stored in DANBRO+ where everybody involved can alwaysretrieve the current and updated information.Comprehensive reporting facilities combine data from several modules of DANBRO+ into printreadyannual action plans for the coming year and annual reports for the past year.
