Design and Application of Lightweight Web Server in Remote Monitoring System

摘要

According to the development trend of the remote monitoring system, the paper firstly brings forward the construction of remote monitoring system based on embedded lightweight web server.It allows the embedded equipment to be controlled and monitored from any point on the WAN without monitoring client software.Next, with a process flowchart, the author discusses how to realize the two important technologies of lightweight web server applied in monitoring system: dynamic interaction and security.The given process of the lightweight web server could support two security mechanisms: HTTP basic authentication and embedded firewall, to avoid unauthorized user’s illegally operation.So, a comparatively secure lightweight web server for embedded remote monitoring application can be customized.Finally, the paper gives a simplified monitoring temperature control system, describes the implement of the monitoring system by applying lightweight web server in control equipment, brings the developer of the remote monitoring system a solution
