In order to solve the rapid detection problem of the defects of moving object, a method on detection of moving object which based on segmentation of optical flow field and Susan’s operator in the condition of immobile line scanning imaging system camera was proposed in this paper. In this method the moving object was segemrnted into fields by the image segmentation arithmetic based on optical flow field, then the defect detection was turnned out by using the edge image of object area which was thinned by the edge detection precision advantage of Susan operator. The experiments indicated that this method can detect the surface flaw of the columniform moving object producted on the line fastly and effectivly.
机译:为了解决运动物体缺陷的快速检测问题,提出了一种在不动线扫描成像系统摄像机条件下,基于光流场和苏珊的算子分割的运动物体检测方法。该方法利用基于光流场的图像分割算法将运动物体分割成多个区域,然后利用物体区域的边缘图像进行缺陷检测,该图像由于苏珊算子的边缘检测精度优势而被细化。实验表明,该方法可以快速,有效地检测生产线上生产的圆柱状运动物体的表面缺陷。
