摘要

The principle, Structure and test circuit of PVDF piezoelectric sensor is systematically introduced. The test of direct stress measurement with customized PVDF piezoelectric sensor is designed and the shock wave pressure in UHMWPE fiber reinforced polyurethane foam is measured directly. The test shows that PVDF piezoelectric sensor has properties such as fast response, high sensibility, and wide working range etc. It is a kind of ideal sensor to measure shock wave pressure. Also the test shows that UHMWPE fiber reinforced polyurethane foam has strongly attenuation effect of energy and pressure to explosive loading, and the length of fiber has biggish influence to pressure attenuation of material.
