Remote Control System of Underground Load-Haul-Dump

摘要

To raise the automation and the operability of Underground Load-Haul-Dump(ULHD), the ULHD remote control system is studied in the paper. ULHD remote control system is composed of wireless data transmission system and onboard computer control system. By adopting two sets of professional data transmission radio device, wireless data transmission system is used to complete the information state detection work of ULHD, control the signal transmission and the data transmission of video supervising equipment. Onboard computer uses distributed control system, and adopts the asynchronous communication mode. After receiving the telecontrol command from the remote control chamber, the main station interprets and analyses the telecontrol command according to the designed control strategy of ULHD, and then transfers to the passive station, which executes the telecontrol command to realize the control of ULHD.
