Exploration on Transformation of Administrative Behaviors in E—vernment Context

E-government has enabled administrative behavioral modes to be realized through electronic route.E-government has brought tremendous changes to modes of governmental administration and implementation of the Administrative Law.Traditional administrative law has some points that are incompatible with e-governmental administration mode in the information age.Advancement of e-government has put forwards problems for the Administrative Law,especially administrative behavioral system that is pending for solution.In order to push e-government construction,it is imperative to revise current administrative behavioral theoretic system and make sound preparation for restructuring of its theoretic system based on actual need.
