Study on Enterprise Growth Vector

摘要

This paper states from the concept of enterprise growth,analyzes the meaning and nature of growth and then builds an enterprise growth diagram.The author believes that enterprise growth contains different levels and the process of enterprise growth is the process of expanding the scale constantly.The paper discusses the growth of enterprises from the scale,direction and speed,and puts forward that there are four basic directions of enterprises growth and discusses what kind of speed is the appropriate growth rate.
