Fair Value Orientation of Public Policy Based on Efficiency

摘要

The value issue of public policy is the basis of science policy issues,and value orientation of public policy is the most essential provisions.This article discusses China's value guidelines and theoretical basis in the conditions of socialist market economy,and further thinks about the value dimension issues and practical difficulties of the Chinese Government's public policy.
