摘要

Laser molecular beam epitaxy (LMBE) was used to prepare Ti-Pd nanowires in porous anodized aluminium oxide (AAO) template, which was fabricated by aluminum anodizing in electrolytes with two-step method. The Ti-Pd nanowires were obtained after dissolving the AAO template by NaOH solution. And they were characterized by SEM, AFM, and TEM. It was found that the Ti-Pd nanowires are of uniform with diameter of about 9Onm and the length about l000nm while the composition of them is approximate to that of the target.
