Research on Interior Adaptation of Multi Storey Housing in Indonesia: The comparative study on rumah susun and apartment in Jakarta

Significantly,the standard of interior finishing in rumah susun and apartment are playing a role in those adaptation works and it can be concluded that: ① The customization of interior component in rumah susun is more variation than apartment. ② The adaptation works in rumah susun is considered to standard of finishing and resident affordability. ③ The adaptation works in apartment is considered to management regulation and resident need. ④ Interior adaptation in rumah susun is conventional method, where as apartment has combined between built in and conventional method. Further study on management system and customization method is necessary in order to develop a regulation for safety adaptation works.
