摘要

A novel organosilicon modified acrylic resin / ZnAl layered double hydroxide (LDH)nanocomposites was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization reaction,consisting of acrylate,organosilicon with vinyl group, and the modified nano-LDH. The samples prepared were characterized by TEM, physics and flame-retardancy capabilities testing, the ZnAl LDH particles of 70nm were well dispersed at molecular level in the polymer matrix..The composition have excellent flame-retardancy(LOI is 25.6), strengthening and toughing with general capability remarkably improved.
