Study on Internal Files Analysis to Government Achievements

摘要

There is none of standard measuring to the appraisal of government achievements so far,although the research on appraisal of government achievements has been applied for many years. This paper has put forwards a new method to appraise the government achievements in the interior, it combines micro-analysis with the macroscopic analysis by analyzing of the government files in a period,it can find out the emphases points and focus of the government work. It combines the macroscopic analysis of the local social development, thus it can infer the influence that the behaviors of government impact the social development, can also verify the ability of administration of the government.
