In recent years, China central government has pushed forward a series of policies, which could help the development of agricultural insurance. Agricultural Insurance has been developed again. By ongoing it, how to exert all the participators' enthusiasm, how to improve the farmer's enthusiasm, and how to build up a good service system are important. The study uses the qualitative method to analyze the first hand materials, and finds the characters and some issues of the agricultural insurance in some pilots. It also summarizes the experiences. At the end, it conceives the connection mechanism of all the participators in agricultural insurance and brings forward some suggestions.
