On Agent Constructor Choosing System Of Government-Invested Project

Now there is the tendency of agent construction that is fit for government-invested project management, because of a lot of abuse existed in traditional government-invested project management model. So how to choose the appropriate agent constructor becomes the focus and difficulty during the process of its spreading and applying. It introduces the trust among government and agent constructors which could reduce bargaining cost and improve agent performance basis on trust theory; it also establishes the game model respectively form the generation and guarantee of trust, and analyzes the agent factors and mechanism; finally it concludes that we should choose agent constructor form list system but not traditional tendering.
