Millimeter wave case study of operational deployments: Retail, Airport, Military, Courthouse, and Customs

In all locations, the efficiency of identifying which person required secondary screening increased, the number of persons screened was not reduced, and the amount of time standing in line did not increase. We conclude that the objective of people screening with the PMMW systems does not negatively impact throughput, capability gaps of present screening technologies are filled, security is improved, lives and property are protected using PMMW systems.
