摘要

Laminated films with stable structure can be made by fusing layers of compact FEP and porous PTFE. Quasi-static piezoelectric d33-coefficients up to 400pC/N are achieved. Compared with PP ferroelectrets, the thermal stability of the piezoelectric activity in such laminated films at 90°C is improved by a factor of two with respect to the percentage of the remaining d33-coefficients.
