The Researches on Improving the Core Competence of China's Chain Retail Enterprises

摘要

This paper begins with demonstration of the core advantage which the chain retail enterprises must acquire.Then it analyzes the difference in core advantage between the chain retail enterprises of our country and the strong enterprises Of the world from some aspects,such as management scale,logistics distribution and management talent etc.Lastly,it further studies the problem on how to improve the core competence of the chain retail enterprises of our country and puts forward some strategies,such as: to speed up system innovation,to develop the appropriate scale economy,to strengthen the management of supply chain and to introduce the management system of customer relationship,etc.
