Equipment manufacturing industry,which is the core of our country's industry chain,is the symbol of industry modernization level and the comprehensive national power,and plays a decisive role in our country's international competition status.The article elaborates the formation conditions and the formation mechanism of industrial clusters started with the actuality and the characteristic of Equipment Manufacturing based on the studies of previous researchers.It gives a gambling analysis to the industrial clusters forming process.Finally,the author thinks that the formation of the industrial clusters fit the characteristic of Equipment Manufacturing industrial clusters such as long chain,many taches,a lot of mid-product business,thus it can improve our country's Equipment Manufacturing industry.
