Based on the comparison of various control loops, the control principle, which is based on flow-matching and the inlet and outlet independent control with pump and valve hybrid is put forward. Theoretical analysis, digital simulation and practical application show that the new loop principle and control method can overcome the deficiencies of motors easy absorption of air, the great loss of differential pressure in conventional pressure matching load sensing control and the high cost resulting from the need of two servo or proportional direction valve in the meter in and meter out control technology. The new loop theory can also be used in the multi-actuator system to save energy.
