摘要

Electro-hydraulic control valve is the key component of electro-hydraulic control system used in hydraulic support. It requires much safer and higher reliability.However, the characteristics of electro-hydraulic control valve's pilot valve are crucial to properties of the whole valve. It will not meet the requirements to adopt traditional design methods, so taking full consideration of dynamical characteristics is needed during the analysis and design. The pilot valve's mathematic model of the electro-hydraulic valve is built based on the analysis of its working principle and dynamical simulation by using Matlab/Simulink software. It provides accurate mathematic model and important gist for component optimum design. Though it is only simulation, some important properties of the pilot valve have been acquired, especially the variational rules of displacement、velocity、 pressure、Beronoulli's force and so on during the dynamical process. It would guide us to analyze the pilot valve's working conditions and the relationships of each parameter after realizing these rules.The simulative method used in the thesis could be adopted to analyze dynamical characteristics of other hydraulic valves, be propitious to optimize component structures and improve the properties of the hydraulic valve.
