摘要

This paper has proposed circuit operation integrated using low temperature poly-Si TFTs. We proposed operation of SOG circuit by LTPS TFTs uniformity. It measured circuit operation where the TFT characteristics are different with each other. Measurement result, operation of circuit was not different due to TFT characteristics non-uniformity. In digital circuit , if the voltage of input signal is higher then that of VLT (Logic Threshold Voltage) the output signal is same even though die Vth and the mobility of the TFT are different. In analog circuit, if using compensation circuit, output signal is same. In this paper, we described operation of SOG circuit by LTPS TFTs characteristics variations, where the TFTs characteristics are different with each other.
