The savings are to be found in 1. Use Preventive Maintenance to head off problems before they mushroom 2. reduce waste from poor quality installations, 3. making BMP choices based on total cost of ownership data 4. limiting damage to BMPs 5. Use procedural BMPs aggressively 6. If we all take responsibility to be stewards of our natural resources and our budgets.
