In this study, 3-PG Model is developed by integrating with remote sensing and spatial data to be namely Spatial 3-PG Model. First, the parameterization of Deciduous Broadleaf Forest is carried out for GPP estimation. The Flux Tower data from Hitsujigaoka, Hokkaido since 2001-2003 is collected for the primary data of parameterization and validation. Then, MODIS NDVI 10 days composite is applied to find the relationship with LAI. Then, GPP is estimated based on the equation of NDVI and LAI relationship. As the result, the annual estimated GPP from Spatial 3-PG model and the annual observed GPP from flux tower data are 12.882 tonC/ha and 12.982 tonC/ha accordingly.
