Research on Technology Innovation Strategy of Heilongjiang Industrial Enterprises in View of Specialized Economy

In view of specialized economy, the paper advances and constructs a specialized technology innovation strategy under the theoretical framework of specialized economy, accompanied with a thorough analysis on the logic relationship and operation system. It achieves the result on a bases of abundant research. On analyzing the investment in science and technology innovation, the scale of the enterprise, the technology innovation efficiency, resources application efficiency of social technology innovation and government’s macro regulation as well as control for Heilongjiang industrial enterprises, the research follows the instruction of historical dialectics which unifies history into logics.Achievements in the research work are both valuable and constructive to Heilongjiang industrial enterprises in the process of selecting technology innovation technology,and at the mean time are suitable to other pursuing-typed industries and districts in a common sense.
