Research on Policy of Solar Building Extension in China

摘要

Solar energy is among the most important green energy with advantages of clean,safe and cheap. China is a country full of solar energy and the integration of building with solar energy is a significant probe of Chinese government into utilizations of renewable energy. Presently,Solar building in China is experiencing a primary development stage on which mature and effective extension policies are scanty. Therefore,to achieve scale-up development and industrialization of solar building are urgent work that Chinese government has to face and solve. This paper describes present situation of solar buildings' development,does static economic analysis separately on the basis of command-and-control (CAC) policy and Market-Based Instrument (MBI) policy,analyzes the cost variance of building energy efficiency under these two policies and comes up with relevant suggestions for the future extension of solar building in China.
