The Forming Mechanism and Countermeasures of Local Administrative Monopolization during Social Transformation in China

摘要

After China's entry of WTO,in the course of keeping pace with the world,centering economic reformation and establishing socialistic market economy,the central government is confronted with strong resistance form local government,and the national goal is hobbling on. The situation can be explained as follows: the local government and its branches are improperly participating in micro-economy domain relying on the endowed administrative power by the state,such as,closing off the market,restricting,excluding and impeding market competition,which are called administrative monopolization by the academia. This paper is probing the countermeasures to local administrative monopolization with the beginning of its forming mechanism.
