摘要

This paper commences from the trend of public investment budget in China,it analysis the difference of the final accounts and budget of public investment budget in China,and discusses the relations of public investment between budget and CPI and Chinese public investment budget of inertia,which obtained the public investment while to have the certain counter-cyclical regulation function to the economical cycle,also had the special interest group but actually to compel the phenomenon to the public investment budget the conclusion.
