The Limitation and Reconstruction of Chinese Public Security Management System

The article aims at the existing problems of managerial system of Chinese public security and the mechanism,bringing forward the basic way of reconstruct the Chinese public security system:Firstly,speeding up the improvement of public security legislation and perfecting regulation system of public security ; secondly,establishing and perfecting planning databases of public security; thirdly,constructing the response mechanism for the crisis of public security; fourthly,designing and preparing plans for public security; fifthly,strengthening the research of science and technology for public security.
