Research on China's Emergency Legal Mechanism for Environmental Protection

摘要

There are many environmental accidents in China every year,such as environmental pollution,ecological destruction and so on. There are some problems in the process of dealing with these sudden accidents,and the emergence of these problems is closely related to the deficiency of the emergency legal mechanism in this field. This paper mainly analyzes the present status of China's emergency legal mechanism for environmental accidents and points out its limitations and shortcomings in order to attract enough attention in the process of completing China's emergency legal mechanism for environmental accidents.
