Public Policy Construction by the Value Orientation of 'a Harmonious Society'

A people-oriented and harmonious society is the universal pursuit of mankind. Under the value orientation of "putting people first and constructing a harmonious society",the public policy construction should incorporate the following four aspects: the policy of interests co-ordination,the policy of common governing,the policy of public culture,and the policy of ecological environment.
