The question of multiple photon and thermal excitation in low-dimensional nanostructures with deep holes, induced byx-radiation was considered. There are strong grounds for believing that observed thermally stimulated effective luminescence from x-irradiated porous Si (D.W. Cooke et all [1]) connected with generation by x-radiation of Dirac points in nanostructures.
