摘要

A system for a vehicle to detect the pedestrian who is in blind spot by radio wave is an urgent subject for the safety system. An efficient radio control (MAC: Media Access control) method should be established on the condition of non-synchronous timing in the system. . In this paper, we propose ALOHA with CSMA as a random-access from pedestrian to vehicle for the simplicity of the system. Computer simulations are carried out to evaluate the performances in terms of detection times. Assuming that the packet length is 2 ms and pedestrian density is 0.01 person/m2, pedestrian within 60 m(ALOHA)/70 m(CSMA) from vehicle are able to be detected within one second.
