Based on the air-gap magnetic field of the uneven air gap generated by the AC servo motor rotor eccentric vibration, this article analyses the electromechanical coupling relationship of the motor in actual operating condition. Employing the finite element method, treating the motor transverse vibration and torsional vibration as node displacement, a system dynamic equation including the motor electromagnetic parameters and the flexible five-bar linkage structural parameters has been established. Using this equation, a computer simulation and analysis have been conducted for the system dynamic response. The results indicate that the equation reflects the true relationship between the system dynamic performance and its electromagnetic parameters as well as the structure parameters.
