Thermal-mechanical Coupled Analysis of the Liquid Infiltration-extrusion Process for Composites

摘要

The liquid infiltration-extrusion forming process is simulated with the rigid-viscoplastic direct coupled finite element method to reveal composites' plastic deformation behaviours. The rigid-viscoplastic finite element method and the transient axial-symmetry temperature field finite element method are represented, and the thermal-mechanical direct coupled analysis model is discussed. The temperature fields and stress fields are obtained by the f'mite element software, and variant temperature fields, stress fields under variant parameters are compared. The simulation results conform to the test results, which certificate the rationality of the model and provide a theoretic basis for the rational choice of the technological parameters.
