摘要

According to the configuration feature of double drive system of CNC machine tools' feed system,a dynamic model of joints characteristics is built.First,the effect of interface stiffness on the deformation and dynamic characteristics of feed system is analyzed,the maximum displacement of the feed system when the deviation of interface stiffness is 20%is 22.4%higher than symmetric stiffness of the joint surface of equal,and the more deviation of interface stiffness,the better the displacement error of dual drive.Finally,optimization scheme based on the structure of the feed system is designed,selecting the optimal span so that the effect of interface stiffness decreased.
