摘要

Human resource can play the same important role as the tangible asserts to implement the enterprise's strategy. They are the keys of the strategy management whether the employee can understand and accept the mission, vision and core values of a organization, whether the status of the human capitals can meet the requirement of the strategy development and how the intangible assert can be assessed such as human resource. This essay constructs a framework of human capital readiness, and builds a mathematic method of AHP approach to assess the human capital readiness, to weigh the degree that the intangible asserts harmonize with the enterprise's strategy, give a direction of human resource development and management.
