China's Split-share Structure Reform: How The Stock Market Reacted And Why

摘要

China's split-share structure reform will transform about two thirds of previously non-tradable shares into tradable shares. This paper provides some evidence of the positive reaction from the China's stock market to the reform and briefly explains the main reasons.
