TOU pricing is a complicated multi-objective decision-making question. Different objectives need to be measured and weighed synthetically to get the global optimal solutions. In this article, synthetic decision making in time-of-use (TOU) pricing is studied. The main research work include: (1) According to the analysis of relationship between customer demand and TOU price, a demand-price model based on elastic matrix is proposed; (2) Economic and technical indicators in decision making are defined and demonstrated. Basic framework to calculate these indicators through digital simulation method is proposed either; (3) Comprehensive evaluation on the TOU pricing scenarios is studied. A method based on complex entropy is proposed to solve this question. By using the method proposed in this article, power suppliers can improve their ability of decision-making in TOU Pricing significantly.
